Yes. One of our associates will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday and from 09.00 to 17.00, excluding holidays.

In Attica and the Mainland the shipping cost, for orders under €49, is €5.39. 
 
In the islands, the shipping cost, for orders under €49, is €6.50.  
 
Shipping costs for orders over €49 are free. 
 
Hard-to-reach areas are excluded. 

Yes. After your order has been shipped and upon your request, you will receive a copy of your receipt/invoice in your e-mail. 
 

You will be notified by email about the shipment of your order. In addition, you will receive the tracking number of your order so you can easily track it. 

The delivery time of your order is determined by the address and region you entered when completing it. You can access and see the progress of your order here 

It is not possible to receive your order from a physical store, as the MySuperstore only has an online store.

  • The possibility of returning products is given to products that do not belong to the food category. 
     
  • In case you wish to return a product that you have purchased, you have the possibility to do it within 14 calendar days from  the date of receipt of the your products, withtwo ways:
     
  1. Notifying us with the withdrawal request, by phone at 211 345 9000 on business days and hourss or viaemail to info@mysuperstore.gr
  2. By sending us the product, please note Returns department Delatola address thesi Reikia – Aspropirgos, fully packed and protected in a larger package. You should include your proof of purchase, as well as the reason you are returning the product. If the product is deemed eligible for return, the amount will be credited within 14 days.

It is possible to cancel your order free of charge, before it is sent, by calling us at 211 345 9000 or by sending us email στο info@mysuperstore.gr 
If the order is canceled after it has been shipped and before delivery, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
